Resident and Commuter Costs
The resident fee includes dormitory housing, meals and tuition for instruction.
The commuter fee covers only tuition.
Additional charges apply for group photos and certain optional evening activities such as Jazz at the Iron Post and ice skating.
Payment in full must be postmarked by May 16 or a $60 late fee will be added to the cost of participation. New Applications received after May 16 will not be assessed the $60 late fee IF payment is made in full at the time of submitting the ISYM application and payment form.
Applications will continue to be accepted as long as there are openings.
A tuition deposit of $100.00 is required with this form. This will be deducted from your final tuition payment. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received; only complete applications and minimum payment of $100 (tuition deposit) will be considered. Payment in full may be made at the time of application.
1. The full tuition deposit ($100) refund will be sent to applicants of a closed camp or section.
2. A partial tuition deposit ($25) and any early payment will be refunded to participants who cancel registration prior to May 15 or do not meet minimum camp requirements.
3. Cancellations received for participants after May 15 and before 3 weeks prior to the first day of his/her ISYM program will receive a refund of all payments except the $100 deposit.
4. No refund will be given to participants under the following circumstances: those who cancel during the 3 weeks prior to the first day of camp, those who depart from camp early, or arrive to camp late.
Due to costs being set based on enrollment we are unable to offer any other refund options.
